All products are blended, packaged, inventoried, and delivered under refrigeration, allowing their perfection and stability as well as their gourmet taste to last. The products are developed after consulting research and development professionals that include an on site food technologist, a food chemist, and a nutritionist.
The gourmet foods are available in food service packages as well as retail, individuals, and specialty packs. Private label is also available upon request.
